Pain fever n nausea is indicating infection, if u feel lump and breast tender to touch and hot n red, start taking tablet augmentin 1 gm twice a day for 5 days, tablet brufen 400 mg twice a day for 5 days , hot fomentation with warm wet towel 10 min, then olive oil massage 10 min towards nipple, then empty breast with breast pump manual, follow up after 5 days
