Waleikum Assalam, beta you are so lucky ,that your child is on breast milk ,which is the best and healthiest ,why do you want to stop it ,.In Quran it is mention that mother should B feed the baby x 2 years , and benefits for it are uncountable, yes after 5- 6 months baby need extra nutrition so star with semi solid than solids along with BM.as long as you B, feed the baby best contraceptive. after 6 months you need additional contraception.take care
