Talk to Gynecologist on Week 9 +3 Days Preganancy With No Symptoms

Aoa I am 9 week +3 days pregnant. I have different symptoms in previous weeks 5,6 7. Like breast tenderness. I visited my dr at week 8 and everything was normal. But i am feeling no breast tenderness and no other feeling when week 10 started. Is it normal? Symptoms disapperaed at week 10 or not? My next visited on week 12. I am taking injections on wednesday and satursday IVF-500 and garibnin. First prdgnanacy ,no misscarriage history and conceived after 1.5 year.
