I had done my pelvic or abdomen scan but they said only infection occur in your ovary he said this is PID pelvic inflammation disease plz suggest any medicine to treat this he said you have to take antibiotics to treat this

tab doxycycline 100 mg two times a day (10 days)
tab flagyl 400mg two times a day (5 days)
