Talk to Gynecologist on Weird Eriods After Wedding?

Hello, I got married of the 25th of March. I expected my period of the 23rd of April but instead got my period on the 6th of April which wasn’t the only thing weird about it because there were so many things that happened different than usual. 1. They lasted shorter than my usual periods (3-4 days) 2. Had the worst lower abdomen and back cramps, never experienced before cramping started right before the bleeding. 3. I passed a few blobs or tissue whatever they are called, mostly red bloody ones but also one white grey ashy one. That was all also very strange and new to me. 4. My breast were very sore a week or two before the bleeding started which was also something new to me The bleeding kept on getting lighter gradually and had no bleeding ever since. My breats dont hurt anymore either but I still feel so lethargic and tired. Please guide.

Ps. I dont take any medications, or contraceptives.
