Talk to Gynecologist on Weird Periods

have PCOS and had laparoscopic surgery before. Now after unprotected intercourse around ovulation, I have light bleeding only when peeing (pad mostly clean), sometimes red clots, brown/red urine, mild lower pain, burning while urinating, and face/feet swelling. Pregnancy strip once showed a grey/pinkish line but now shows one dark line. Could this be early miscarriage, hematoma, or period? Should I get beta HCG or ultrasound? Please guide.
