When To Get Hormones Test Done?

i have thick facial hair and no PCOS. I have got tested for hormones several times, and came back normal everytime. i was told to get it do e on specific date after period and also get the lower pelvis- ovaries ultrasound. kindly guide me when to get these test and ultrasound done? and what exact test should I go for?

FSH and LH on day 2 of cycle
Prolactin, TSH FT3 FT4, Fasting Insulin levels, FBS Androgen levels, Serum Testosterone levels can be done anytime better get on 2nd day along with FSH LH.
Ultrasound pelvis on 11th day
