Talk to Gynecologist on White Discharge And Cramps

I am pregnant with 13 weeks, it's my first pregnancy, Form last few days I am having virginal discharge with no smell & itching, some time white some time it ok???
sometimes I also feel pain like periods cramps...
please tell me what to do, My last scan was on 11th week (two weeks ago) ,it was normal... But from 1 week i am feeling these two issue

no if discharge has no smell aur itching it is normal vaginal secretion and if you have no burning during passing urine that pain is also due to changes in body increasing size of uterus increase blood supply to uterus so just relax
