Description: I am 19 years old. For the last 4 days, I have occasional itching inside the vagina. I also notice thick, white, curd-like discharge, mainly when I touch/check the area. I do not have burning, pain, bad smell, or pain while urinating. I also feel a few small bumps when I touch the area. Please tell me if this could be a fungal infection and whether I need treatment.
