White Milky Discharge

Question

Dr i m 27 weeks 6 days pregnant. I have itching in my veginal area, and there is a bit of milky discharge as well sometimes. But itching is worst, i have been controlling but its difficult.

Assalam o alaikum.
probably you are having a fungal infection.
ideally treatment should be given after examination.
take Canesten-I,cream for 6 nights pervaginally at night time after passing urine.
any urinary symptoms.??
increase your fluid intake
use boric acid wash for vaginal wash.
take healthy diet,avoid spicy foods.
take iron. and calcium supplements.
inj tetanus toxoid should be taken after week if previously not taken.
