Talk to Gynecologist on Worried About HCG

Dear Doctor, My LMP was 3 September 2026. All home pregnancy tests were negative until 17 October. On 18 and 19 October, I noticed barely visible shadow lines on the strips.
My serum β-hCG was 157 mIU/mL on 20 October and increased to 1,330.6 mIU/mL on 24 October.
I currently have no abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding.
1. Does this β-hCG rise seem normal, or is there a possibility of an ectopic pregnancy? 2. Should I go for a transvaginal ultrasound (TVS) tomorrow to confirm the pregnancy's location? 3. Considering my previous C-section on 15 March 2026, should I take any additional precautions?
