Talk to Gynecologist on Worried About Pregnancy

AoA I am suffering from fever, sore throat and tonsils ache. We are planning for our second baby. My lady doc prescribed me FEMEG tablet for 5 days starting from 2nd say of my cycle and intercourse on 10th to 18th day. We have done this successfully and are praying to Almighty Allah. As i told i am suffering from fever, sore throat and tonsils, my mother brought the medicines from a local pharmacy which i took (one dose) I am toooo much worried what will happen next. Will these drugs will harmful to me and my expected conception? Plz help. If u allow i can write the names of drugs in comments section. Please approve. I m worried
