Talk to Gynecologist on Would Need Consulataion From A Gynecologist

I've had a yellow discharge since my delivery which was on 18th March. It took me four gynecologist to finally take a test and confirm that it was an infection.

The doctor started my treatment before the report came in as it would have taken 72hrs but she told me the treatment might change after the report. Anyway, she started the following treatment

Day1-3 Flagyl thrice a day + CEFSPAN once daily

Day 4-report came in. Antibiotic changed to Velosef 500 thrice a day. So I took

Flagyl 400 thrice + managed to take one tab Velosef 500

Day 5: I had to complete the 5 days Flagyl course and also continue taking Velosef. I took

Flagyl thrice + Velosef thrice

Day 6: that is today, I'll only be taking Velosef 500mg thrice a day

The doctor prescribed Velosef for seven days, then for five days and later for seven days again. I think the confusion is because she's asking me to explain on text and not answering my calls. Anyway, my question is do I need to take Velos
