Talk to Gynecologist on Yellow Discharge No Other Symptom Right Now

20th august we had intercourse my periods due on 4th sep but didnt come. 5-6 days after intercourse i noticed extreme itch and discharge also missed my periods that month 3 pregnancy test all negative gyno online gave primolut n with azomax and trichogin on 12th sep all symtptoms went away slowly 30th Sept again had flagyl 400mg it improved my itch a lot and my discharge was clear again not yellow and clotrimazole internal cream once barely any of if went in but it did improve no cottage cheese discharge now itch is little to zero but theres still discharge and its yellow again no other symptom at all pls don advice for online appointment rather reccommend a medicine and provide reason for all this. thank you.
