Talk to Gynecologist on YOLK SAC PRESENT BUT NO EMBRYO IS VISIBLE

i am married with 2 kids, i didnt know i was pregnant as i had bleeding on same dates of my periods for 2 days ( one day spotting , 2nd day bleeding ) but it stopped i ignored , but later week i had pregnancy symptoms ( sore breasts ,nausea etc) . to rule out pregnancy i got ultra sound done . according to report , there is a yolk sac present but no embryo , no heart beat now question is do i have to go for dnc procedure (vaccume ) or can i get it done with pills only
