Talk to Hepatologist on Fatty And Enlarged Liver
Asking for Self, Male, 34 years old, Sukkur
Hi and AoA Hope to find you in good health.
My age is 34 y, 5.5 height and 97 kg weight. I have been sonologically diagnosed with enlarged liver having size 18.4 cm (Hepatomegley). LFT is OK but just SGPT and GAMMA GT slightly higher. (ULTRASOUND and LFT attached). Doctors here consider it NAFLD.
Q.1. Is it treatable? If yes than how to treat it?
Q.2 . Is this NAFLD, (Hepatomegley) or NASH?
