On the basis of the sufficient symptoms you mentioned, and based on an individual symptom "panic attacks", Argentum Nitricum 30 may be used for 30 days. Take water in tea spoon, put 5-7 drops in it. This dose may be taken 4 times a day.

mother has a asthma problem I think from fifteen years , I have alergic reaction from two years . no other faimly member has such problem. mother uses ( Nasal spray) since 5 years. I use only antihistamines. environment is normal and less pollution.
