Aap ki dono bazuon ka dard, raat ko sunn ho jana aur haath mein soojan aksar nason ke dabne (nerve compression) ki wajah se hota hai, jo gardan se ya thoracic outlet syndrome ki wajah se ho sakta hai. Pehle MRI cervical spine aur nerve test (EMG/NCS) karwana zaroori hai. Saat hi blood tests jaise B12, vitamin D, ESR, RA factor bhi check karna chahiye. Abhi ke liye neck ka khayal rakhein, high pillow avoid karein, aur nerve pain ke liye tablet Pregabalin raat ko lein.
