Talk to Internal Medicine on Black Lump On Neck

Its been few months I have noticed that there is this black very small lump, first i thought its acene and I tried to scratch it but its still there, i don't feel any pain but upon pressing it i feel very small lump behind my skin.
Can you please help me identify what is this? JazakAllah.
