Main pichle chand maah se ek issue face kar raha hoon. Meri umar 30 saal hai aur mera wazan 126 kg hai. Achanak se, jab main betha hota hoon, pasina aa jata hai aur kabhi kabhi kisi jism ke hisson mein garmi mehsoos hoti hai. Dil wali side pe chhati mein ajeeb si ehsaas hoti hai—kabhi dard, kabhi lagta hai ke dil dharak nahi raha. Saans lene mein bhi mushkil hoti hai, lagta hai saans atak rahi hai, upar wala saans upar hi aur neeche wala neeche reh gaya ho. Phir ekdam se khansi hoti hai aur thodi rahat mehsoos hoti hai.
