Headache could be due to many reasons,it depends,diet is normal or not,blood levels are ok,any stress/anxiety,lack of sleep or could be anything,so observe what making your headache worse,besides take panadol for headache or tablet.Synflex 550mg od,keep yourself well hydrated,avoid going out in heat at peak hours of day,take proper diet,for constipation take ispaghul husk with water,walk daily,avoid heavy meals,include salads in your diet,start syp.duphalac.
