dr sahab pehly mujhy T.B thi mgr ab nhe hai. mujhy khansi, balgum or lungs ma dard rehta hai. mein sugar ki b patient hon. mujhy balgum, khansi or phephron k dard ka ilaj btayen.... thanks

dobara kuch tests karwana honge. Purani TB ki waja se lungs
mein changes a jati hein. Unko dekhne k lie xray karwana chahie.

Kisi doctor ko dikhana pare ga. Bahtar hai lung specialist ko dikha lein ya
phir medical specialist/ physician ko.

Well i agree , post tb sequalae ma kuch disease patients ko hota ha jisma chronic cough yane bronchiectasis hojata ha ,

I think ap pulmonologist ko dikhae , it can be very well controlled and managed if dealed initially

Well the history this patient posted need to assess properly .it could be a chest infection which can develop if there was a cavity due to TB ,it also could be reactivation of TB Do initially CBC Chest x rays n post reports here

if CP ESR and X- ray chest is okay and u dont have fever. then more
likely u dont have a big problem. u may have a allergic or asthmatic
problems. check ur temp regularly 4 hrly and check color of ur sputum.
