Mobile thori dair pakarny se bhi bazu thak jaty hain 6. Chalty huey aisy lagta hai jaisy gir jaun ga, aur tangain bhari lagti hain, jisam main takat hi nhi 6. Thori dair bhi khara ho jaun to thakawat ho jati hai, khara nhi hua jata 7. Left side leg main raat ko pain hoti hai aur sun ho jati hai... 8. Sans lainy main mushkil hoti hai aur kisi kisi time matli bhi hoti hai General physician aur neurologist k pas gaya... Unho ne Yeh test karwaey they.. CT scan brain... main sinusitis aaya hai...baki normal CBC, RBS, cholesterol, uric acid, Sgpt Yeh sab normal aaey hain. .

Your basic laboratory tests are normal. I would like to ask you few more questions, for how long you are having all these problems, since start are these symptoms getting better or worse, what makes your tiredness better n what makes it worse. Do you feel more tired in the morning or late in the evening?
1 any change in weight
2 how is your appetite
3 night sweats
4 any lumps or bumps on body
5 do you look more pale
6 any family history of long running disease
7 any stresses in job and home life
8 do you smoke cigarettes

Mughy actually stomach ka issue rehta hai, family main haI. .. kabhi stomach thek ho jata hai to kabhi disturb, lekin abhi 2,3 months se thek hai..

Please share your labs and xrays, any prescription you had.
Salam, I can see that you are taking tab Glucophage, that must be diabetes. Please provide details about your diabetes. When were you diagnosed, is it controlled, how often you check blood sugar level. There is test called HbA1C which gives idea about sugar control for previous three moths, have you ever done that? If yes then provide results, and if no then do it and send report.
Most likely your all complaints could be related to diabetes. Before moving to management of diabetes please provide following tests
1) HbA1C, 2) Renal function test and Albumin creatinine ratio
