Asking for Self, Female, 38 years old, Rawalpindi
Assalam I had a severe pain in upper abdominal 2 times in last 2 ultrasound there is a multi stones in gall bladder and my LFt was not good Dr suggested MRCP as a doubt for bile duct but Alhamdulillah Bile duct is clear...I have a family history of my Mamu's stomach cancer Dr said wait for 3 weeks and repeat LFT than go for gall bladder i m still confused why the LFT result is too guide or should I go for second opnion

None of these contain tests for pancreas. Can you get serum amylase and serum lipase? What are your blood sugar and blood pressure numbers? Besides heal pain do you have any other problems like breathing difficulty, breast mass, urine problem?

No only constipation issue with pains. ..but when I go upstairs so I can feel breathing issue for some minutes and for few months I feel heel pains almost all time but at morning badly
I had a uric acid test also but Alhamdulillah it was ok

You should get serum lipase and serum amylase as well as pancrease function tests. For breathing check with a pulmonologist and with a breast cancer soecialist.
