I have facing problem of abnormal liver enzymes for the last 14 years,my Alt and bilirubin both remained high in this period Bilirubin range is between 3-5 And Alt 50-90 All the possible eitology has been ruled out nothing came out. No hcv,hbv No Wilson disease No hemochromatosis No bile ducts issue No auto immune hepatitis Even biopsy has been carried out which is normal too just told to weight loss. Now I have one more issue that is hepatomegaly liver is enlarged by 17.2 cm I am worried about my life is there any specialist who can sort it out. My doctor is telling me for genetic testing is there any genetic testing available in Pakistan for liver disease. My lipid profile is high as well this time Tg is extremely high 596

No any medication has been given yet initially when the disease was visible in early puberty doctor has prescribed steroids for a very short period I remembered those medicine had lowered my Alt but bilirubin was still elevated.
Later stopped by doctor.
They had finally declared it Gilbert syndrome
Later some other doctor told me your conjugated bilirubin is elevated he said dubin Johnson syndrome.
But actual concern is elevated Alt and now enlarged liver I am worried for this.
