Talk to Liver on Fatty Liver

I've fatty liver since one year. From time to time, i treats for it, but still issue persists. Currently i did my ultrasound and fibroscan in which ultrasound becomes from minimal to moderate fatty infiltration (in one year) and fibroscan is 6.7 kpa and CAP is 388. I've also done some blood test which readings are as: Uric Acid 7.8 mg/dl Triglyceriders 156mg/dl Serum Cholesterol 205 mg/dl SGPT 95 U/L SGOT 48 U/L Gamma GT 62 Can please suggest or advice pls & metformin , ursodeoxycholic acid & vitamin E is taken in this condition??
