Talk to Liver on High ALT Levels

Sir, i am facing issue of High ALT levels in my blood from last 2 years. already tried remedies and precautions prescribed by doctor but its not working... for a while it comes down (not less then the allowed limit) but again in a couple of weeks its back to 90s. I have already checked my hepatitis and its negative. my diet is balanced... not using any food with high fat or fired meals still why my ALT level is not coming to normal. In my last test (5 days ago) my ALT level is on 170. Kindly suggest me what should i do get it back to normal.
