Talk to Liver on Liver Desease

My cousis is in saudia. He was referred for Ct scan and lft after having severe pain in his ribs. Here is his reports. Please tell me, If there is anything to be worried? He is further reffered for endoscopy. God forbid, Is this some type of cancer? Please advise me, I am too much worry. I recently lost my father because of multiple meyloma.
