Talk to Liver on Liver Examination

Hello sir

Actually I just done my mother blood tests. All the other results looks fine. But I am worried about liver tests. It's shows Total Bilirubin 0.28 mg/dl, ALT 50 U/L, AST 33 U/L, Alkaline phosphatase 110 U/L, Gamma GT 98 U/L, Albumin 4.5 g/dl.

Above are the results comes from liver blood tests. Please take few minutes and comment on this so if there anything wrong we should go for treatment as soon as possible. And please suggest if this can be cured by home remedies.
