Talk to Liver on Liver Examination

Hello sir Actually I just done my mother blood tests. All the other results looks fine. But I am worried about liver tests. It's shows Total Bilirubin 0.28 mg/dl, ALT 50 U/L, AST 33 U/L, Alkaline phosphatase 110 U/L, Gamma GT 98 U/L, Albumin 4.5 g/dl. Above are the results comes from liver blood tests. Because of high GAMMA GT which is 98, we did the abdominal ultrasound and shows liver size is 17.5 cm, which is enlarged. Except that everything is normal in ultrasound. I am so worried about my mother as she is very important to our family, as my father also passed away. Please don't ignore this and take few minutes and comment on this so if there anything wrong we should go for treatment as soon as possible and if it needs doctor attention what will be the best doctor in rawalpindi, Islamabad for this ptoblem.Also please suggest if this can be cured by home remedies.
