Talk to Liver on Raised SGPT
Asking For Self, Female 32, lahore
I got my routine labs done in which sgpt came raised with value 64 I repeated it from another lab and it came 77 , got my ultrasound abdomen done which shows mild hepatomegaly and fibrofatty liver . HBsAg screening is negative ... which further test should I do and what treatment should I take ???

SGPT is of clinical significance if its value os very high like in thousands or above that
u have to do nothing. Just avoid fatty foods
