Talk to Nephrologist on Anterior Wall Of MI, Emphysematous Pyelonephritis (CKD), Diabetes, Blood Pressure

my Mother is diabetic and blood pressure patient .she was diagnosed with emphysematous pyelonephritis on 8th April 2024. she did course of pyelonephritis .. now her creatinine level become 155 again and urea is 16.3 . now her active complain is flankpain in kidney ,,pain between two scapulas and her distended have a look on it and suggest me I am very worried about my mother.
you need to repeat her ultrasound kidneys, to rule out current pyelo or infection,
secondly is there any urinary symptom?
at the moment just give her some kidney friendly pain medicine like panadol/ nuberol
