Talk to Nephrologist on CKD Patient

my father has a problem of kidney...my father has one kidney since 40 years of his age...nowadays swelling of upper lips on last night...but at afternoon his BP is 150/80 and sugar at night after 2 hour of dinner is sometime 207,218,234 doctor suggested us to give lasix 20mg because of his feet swelling and stop lodopine...nowadays main issue is bp medicine.anyone can suggest me so that I can give him and controlled bp to 130/80...at BP at 10 pm and 7 am is controlled...and he is also taking amaryl g,poze 15 mg for sugar.pkease suggest so I can cope the situation
