blood and protein in urine along with reduced kidney function, quite possibly will need biopsy to get to the underlying cause. One may need today few further tests beforehand to ensure not missing anything. I could advise further, but if a biopsy has been suggested already, you could see your previous Nephrologist for further advice and management

The previous nephrologists have not suggested a biopsy. He has no pain, swelling, or any health problems and is living normally. But we are still worried because the cause of his issue is not clear. We would really like your advice on whether more tests are needed, especially before he travels abroad for his studies.
