Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Pain

My house help has been complaining of pain in both her kidneys. She complains her left side hurts a lot more and while passing urine tells she can not pass urine even trying a lot which later starts hurting her kidneys. She is a mother of one and is complaining that she’s been experiencing since the birth of his son. Moreover, she experiences extreme stiffness and bloating after even drinking water. Please explain as she can not afford consultations
