Talk to Nephrologist on Kidney Problem Having Dialysis

my uncle is a sugar patient, now getting insulin. he got a leg injury, jis ki waja se 2 bar unki taang kaati gai, jinnah hospital me treatment hui thi. usi doran unke kidneys pe b effect hua,there was enough amount of urea and creatinine or dialysis kawai gai 4/5 after 6 months, he is facing the same issue, got hospitalised today, dont know why but boht swelling hogai hy unke face pe. carefully treatment nhi horahi there, and the family is facing financial problems too. kindly suggest what to do and where to go..
