Assalam alaikum, kindly do baseline kidney function test that are advised by Holy family hospital. Regarding lesion in kidney it’s very large, obvious and malignant, it needs biopsy and surgical resection followed by chemotherapy according to nature of tumor if needed. CT chest abdomen pelvis with contrast is the standard investigation that you have had done already. if unsure of accuracy of report, you can show the CT films to a radiologist, or have the CT repeated from elsewhere. Or can have an ultrasound of kidney (cheapr) to look at the kidney mass with a different method, but may not give you information if there is distant spread from the tumour.
