stones less than 6mm usually pass spontaneously but this happens less likely if a stone is bigger than 6mm and especially if it is lying in lower pole. now u have two option either go for ESWL or get it removed via PCNL. Anyhow take cap maxflow 0.4mg at night for 2week.plus, take plenty of water before u sleep usually stone formation process is active at night .
