There are 2 possibilites that may be there was a small stone that was passing through the tract at that time when you had experienced the severe pain (findings of minimal fullness or hydro but with NO stone can persists for few days even after that).
Secondly you might had severe urine infection that has become mild now after taking antibiotics.
In my opinion if you are ok right now then just get your urine dr done only to rule out any persistence of infection.
But if, whenever you feel severe pain again then straightforward go for CT KUB without contrast and not the ultrasound.
