CKD patient,female,52years age,sleeplessness in night,numbness and swelling in both legs,feel vomit,On dialysis (7months,2sessions/week)but urenate normally,Labs attached in images. Kindly diagnose and recommend the medicines that prevents numbness and provide comfort in sleep during night.

Most symptoms seem to be due to under-dialysis and she should benefit from increased frequency of Dialysis 3x/week. However, effect seen after some time, not immediately. Is PTH high too? Diabetic or non-diabetic, any heart problems?
Phosphate insufficiently controlled, this should also improve with more Dialysis, but also needs phosphate binder such as calcium acetate or calcium carbonate. For restlessness, Pramipexole, starting lowest dose 88mcg at night, increased as tolerated and as per effect.
