Key priorities now (to slow progression)
1. Blood pressure control
Target <130/80 mmHg (often lower if tolerated).

2. Risk stratification
Kidney imaging (MRI preferred) to assess total kidney volume (TKV).
Classify risk (e.g., Mayo Imaging Class) to predict progression.

Requires strict liver function monitoring and high fluid intake.
Not indicated if low-risk on imaging.
4. Routine monitoring
Creatinine/eGFR: every 6–12 months.
Urine ACR/protein: yearly.
BP: home monitoring encouraged.
Electrolytes if on RAAS blockers.
5. Lifestyle measures
High water intake (aim dilute urine unless contraindicated).
Low salt (<2 g sodium/day).
Avoid NSAIDs.
Maintain healthy weight; regular exercise.
Moderate protein intake (≈0.8–1 g/kg/day).
6. Extra-renal screening
Family history of brain aneurysm? If yes (or high-risk occupation/symptoms), consider MR angiography.
Screen for liver cysts if symptomatic.
Prognosis
Many patients with values like this maintain good kidney function for years, especially with good BP control and healthy habits

Abhi kidney function almost normal hai or BP bhi, Alhamdulillah. Sirf monitor karen, saal me 2 martaba blood test karwa lain
