sir 24 hour urine protein 184 mg/day but uacr 5.8 mg/g and upcr 0.08 mg/mg , rft and usg , bp normal but 1 saal se low urine output , eyes swelling , upper abdomen fullness after taking liquid please help me

Your kidney looks fine.
Better to exclude other causes of body swelling.
Please do thyroid Profile, ultrasound liver, and Echocardiography to rule out extra renal causes of body swelling
