Absent Mindedness In Pregnancy

Question

My sister is facing memory issues, absent mindedness and lack of concentration since a couple of days. She is expecting and in her 6th month of pregnancy currently. May you please let us know if this is something to worry about? As we dont want her to visit the hospital unnecessarily in this pandemic. What should be done to avoid this condition? Is it due to lack of something?
