Asking for Father, Male, 78 years old, Karachi
He is so drowsy since 3 days. Blood sugar is 163 (fasting) BP 130/80. Oxygen 99. Had UTI 2 weeks before, now cured. He’s on stage 4 of Alzheimer’s ,according to neuro physician. Kindly suggest what it must be

based on the history u mentioned he needs proper assessment .he has a hx of UTI so need current status because he might be in delirium or he might be in uremic encaph etc.
will need his MRI brain report as well his blood tests as well his symptoms list at the moment as well his total duration of illness.
It could ne infection or drug effects
Kindly take him to near hospital emergency so that first aid treatment and investigations done then consult neurophysician
admit to some hospital for workup, maybe getting sepsis
