Talk to Neuro Physician on Any Neurologist Here?

Heaviness in head, pressure feeling at the back of head while walking, dull ache at the middle of head at particular spot that's painful to touch. Generalized body aches and unexplained fatigue I had these symptom for 8 years along with panic attacks. I had my first panic attack in the classroom during the lecture when I was 9 years old and it wasn't due to any kind of stress. Now I can't do any mental tasks like studying my head starts to hurt and feels heavy. My whole body hurts and I feel exhausted all the time. I've tried all kind of pain medications. But body pain persists I've been to a lot of doctors like rehumatologist. But that headache and heaviness is kinda new it comes and goes. I've never been to a neurologist before. I'm 18 years old now.I'm doubtful after reading an article yesterday that it may indicate a low grade brain tumor?
Your symptoms indicate an overlay of anxiety. The headachy feelings may be new but I think it’s all part of the same spectrum. Since your symptoms started at an early age early childhood events need to be investigated. You need counseling with a good psychologist. I can suggest the name of a good psychologist ( known as Max Babri) located in Lahore.

I've tried all I've seen a couple of psychiatrists and psychologists but all in vain. I doubt what they called panic attack is actually a panic attack? how come a stress-free 9 year old had anxiety? I just wanna confirm is there any minute chance of being all this related to Neurology?
