I got bell's palsy started pain from my head to ear in 2020 lockdown due to lockdown and living away from city I couldn't get physiotherapy I first noticed improvement in four weeks when my nostrils of affected site started to move than 4 months later my affected side start moving and but I can't smile properly and i can't raise my eyebrow , the doctor said it's recovered 80-90% but I still feel pain and tightness on the affected side and I want to be fully recovered, on initial stage when 3 months after bell's palsy Dr asked me to go to plastic surgeon but plastic surgeon said if it's improving slowly we won't do surgery on young girl and let it heal at whatever pace it is healing. But it's been 4 years my face got asymmetrical and my smile is crooked and i can't raise the eyebrow of affected side, please suggest something physiotherapist said there's weakness around lips and brows due to lack of exercise, what should I do?
consult a physiotherapist must u are young n 70 percent recoverd physiotherapy will improve ur symptoms
Since Bell's palsy happened due to sudden muscle weakness caused by inflammation of the facial nerve. Rhough it is q temporary issue however medical help required to minimize the impact. Homeopathic medicine helps in curing the bell palsy successfully. Plz take an appointment for further guidance. Thanks
