Talk to Neuro Physician on B.P, Hemorrhage

My father suffer from Micro Brain Hemorrhage 3 years ago. From CT Scan at Doctors Hospital Lahore the doctor diagnosed that there is minor bleed on red side of brain and discharged him on same day. The Doctor prescribed him Blood Pressure medicine and asked us to take care of B.P. Since last 2-3 months he is feeling extreme pain on left side of body from head to toe and mainly in left shoulder, left thigh & left foot. In fact he has clawed fingers in left foot. As per my experience, as soon as his B.P crosses 130/80 (Upper/Lower) limit he starts feeling distress, discomfort. Kindly suggest Doctor or treatment in Lahore.
