Asking for Mother, Female, 61 years old, Peshawar
Aoa , my mother had a brain hemorage n stroke at right side few days back . She is out of danger n improving M.A but v r vedy much worried ... if she will b able to walk n move her hand properly ? With the help of physio.. n her neuro specialist tolk us no need for surgery as it was a minor one n blood will dry with time . Really is it so ? No need for madication etc ? N her voice is not clear ... will it b ok too ? M attaching her CT SCAN report plz guide me .... n is there any need to do another CT SCAN ?
what your Neurophysician has told you is mostly the standard course in brain hemorrhage. it's good Masha Allah that she is stable now. The power and speech will improve gradually, and physiotherapy plus speech therapy is the key for maximum improvement. I think she had this hemorrhage because of high BP. Effective bp control is necessary. repeat CT is not required so early unless the condition is worsening, which is not the case. Continue exercises,control bp and don't worry

if some patient has minor or small hemorrhage than it can be managed conservatively without any surgery
small blood in brain can be absorbed or dried slowly . and patient improve gradually
Usually resuld of small brain hemorrhage are good . just we need to treat BP .
