mujhy do week se sar ki back side pe pain hty Hy or laitnay ky BD zyada worse hty Aisa lgta kuch weight tha peechay soiya si chubhty or eyes mn bi pain feel hty soya nhy jata khas Kar rat ko Kan bi band feel hta I DNT have bp or other issues due to pAndemic I can't go to visit doctor plz suggest me something
