Assalamualaikum. My mother sometime go unconscious. her brain Fails to respond. she can't understand what is going on in her surroundings. Also , At the same time there is slight vibration in her ears. due to Covid-19 no doctor can be traced. How to now cope with this problem?

Is she having attacks of unconsciousness when she lies for some minutes with eyes closed unable to talk or understand? During these episodes does she appear to be asleep? If so can she be woken up on shaking? How long have these attacks been going on? Is there any jerking or shaking during the attack?
